These instructional programs focus on traditional Greenland rolling and bracing skills. Part 1 includes the Balance Brace, two sculling braces and 13 different rolling techniques. Part 2 has 21 of the more challenging rolls from sculling rolls to the Straightjacket Roll. Upside Down Paddling and the Walrus Pull are included.
