My wife and I wear Kokatat Meridian drysuits and have been very pleased with them.
A nice solution to the condensation and to overheating is to use a "dog collar" (a piece of tubing that you wear around your neck that slightly expands the neck gasket). In the event of a capsize you pull the "dog collar" out from under the gasket allowing it to close. If it's fitting properly you only get about a cup of water in your suit. The opening you create is very slim put enough for excess heat and moisture to escape.
If you're planning on submerging or paddling in rough conditions you either don't put the collar on, or you don't slide it under the neck gasket till you're in calmer waters and through swimming or rolling.
I put out a lot of body heat and this has allowed me to wear my drysuit in conditions I would have thought to be too warm (air temperature that is).
The Gortex socks certainly beat the ankle gaskets, well worth the extra dollars.
My two cents worth.
