Well for a second there I thought the symposium was going to be held at Port Townsend. I wanted to paddle up there from Seattle. Probably going to miss the event again since its in Port Angeles...bummer

anyone out there who's paddled from Seattle to Port Townsend? I would think there'd be a wealth of info online, but I'm having a needle-in-the-haystack experience. My library branch doesn't have the books that are out there, and other brick and mortar options are far away.

-How long did it take you?
-Any particular considerations with regard to route?
-Got any camping beta for Kinney S.P. and/or Ft. Worden?
(can't afford to join Wa. Water Trails at the moment, so that site isn't very helpful)

any info or links you wanna throw out would help. Looked around this site a bit, but easily could have overlooked some info.
Been to washington Water Trails, WKC, and a few other sites already.
