Any feed back on the option of installing this on an older boat? I might buy an older CD Nomad / Extreme and the pedals look kind of beat from the pictures. I may leave the rudder that is there or add Smart Track. How is the control on these pedals with the toe control? Can you use it effectively with your toes? I read a few varied reviews when I search the net.

I guess if the rudder is decent I'll leave the stock CD rudder that is there. I'll just use it in real rough and windy conditions anyway.
