I think I'd best enjoy paddling waters filled with islands, and inhabited by friendly, boat-loving people with a high standard of living (so when I came ashore, I'd be able to easily find good conversation and creature comforts). So, two areas fairly close to one another suggest themselves--Denmark and its waters and islands, and, the enormous cloud of islands in the Baltic Sea/Gulf of Bothnia that stretches from Stockholm in Sweden to Turku in Finland. Maybe SK will fund sending me there to do research and write some articles! Of course I'd take my Epic 16X.
