There are multiple different ways to store your kayak, you can build a dog house for it but, you should have at least a few things taken care of with store your kayak outside. It doesn't matter if it's 75 degrees outside or -10 degrees a kayak looks good to anyting thief. Wash it down before you put it away with watered down Simple Green, and every few times you take your boat out, wipe it with the some 303. You cna pick 303 at places like EMS.
