thanks for the info - much appreciated and now I must retract my thoughts about the 'pampered kayaking' couple I travelled with in Fiji - those are basically their stretches that I watched unbelievably daily on the beach 2 yrs ago - dang it!.
Also the reference to "Yoga" went down badly with me but brought a smile to my "Yoga stretching" & kayaking partner... another point to her!!
