You are either going to have to get very lucky, or save a bit more money if you're talking about a suitable sea kayak. And unless you get really lucky and find a package deal, I hope you are allowing for some other things--like a good pfd, a paddle, or two, a spray skirt, some water shoes, maybe a wet/dry suit and various other items. Then there is the hauling issue. But good luck and be very careful when looking at used boats.
