Can anyone provide information on paddling in the Kingston/Gananoque area. What are the best places to put in? For multiple day trips where can one stay for the night?

Hey Santos. I was just looking at this area online. There is the 1000 Islands Water Trail. The water trail is broken down into 9 routes. These routes are connected so all 9 together make 1 long route. The trail starts at Kingston and travels east to Brockville. Google search "paddle the arch" or "1000 Islands Water Trail". It should lead you to the area of www.explorethearch.ca that has all the information about the water trail. You can download each route separately or all 9 of them. It even has the maps that show the routes with camping areas, points of interest etc. I wish there were more water trails like this created with all this information readily available, especially on Georgian Bay. A lot of work went into creating this trail and the information provided. Thanks.

Chad
