Hello, I'm new to the forum and have a question. Can anyone identify the make or model of the kayak/surfski in the attached pics? Thanks for your help, Doug

These are computer generated images rather than photos. They look a lot like a rotomolded boat that was built in the Seattle area in the 90's. If it's the same boat, the skeg was actually a fixed keel used to help dampen rolling motion of a very narrow hull rather than a skeg used to balance the boat to wind conditions.
