SK Team Paddler Update from Lumpy Waters Saturday Morning

It’s Saturday morning at Lumpies. Paul Kuthe is posting today’s forecast: Swell 6 to 7 ft with wind waves at 2 to 5 ft. Wind 13 to 16 kts. With safety taking priority, the advanced Rock Gardening class was canceled. I hope to jump in on several more surf classes at Pacific Beach with a new list of instructors including Jeff Laxier, Cindy Scherer, Ed Hand and more, as well as a combat rolling class with Leon Somme and Malcolm Kelly. Leon and Malcolm have opted to spend the first half of the day in the pool in hope of increasing endurance and hang time in the warmer water.
